I am first so listen to me lol(this is totally a joke, let me explain) the question you ask is one that for me at least is hotly debated. To defoliate or not to Defoliate..... that is the question. First let me say don't even think about trimming it right now, if anything do some gentle LST(low stress training) you really only want to defoliate leaves(aka trim) or anything till into flower. I personally do not ever trim or defoliate and I am in the minority because I am weird and don't like to cut any healthy parts of my plant off ever. There is less scientific reason for me doing this other than personal preference I don't like to kill healthy tissue simple as that. The universe put that leaf on that plant for a reason and I am not going to mess with the universes grand plans, that is just me though.

Here is the thing with leaves, they are green and therefore produce photosynthesis and as we all know that is what makes plants grow. So if you cut a big ole green leaf off it is like cutting off a battery. This is true especially in veg you want every green bit and piece on that thing while she is growing.

Now with that being said there is lots, actually probably most here that do defoliate there plants in flower. The reason for most folks doing this is to increase the light to lower parts of the plant and because there is a school of thought that in flower the plant needs all the energy they can in the buds so the big leaves acutally are drawing more energy than they are producing.

this is in bud though ! i was thinking so the light can penitrate better but i think ive came 2 decide im gonna wait for leafs yellowing and trim those rather than healthy 1ns, and this plant has been lst almost every few days i tuck , so rather than me maybe killing it im gonna leave it alone no chpping untill theres dead leaf then only remove that

That plant is not IN flowering yet my friend, it is at best in preflower. Also that plant is not LST'd from what I can tell. LSTing is when you bend the plant over and make the lateral branches grow upward spreading the plant out so it gets more light to the middle, like this

or this

its in flower as said the pic u cant see from that side view and it is lst its been bent every few days or it wouldnt b growing the way it is and leaf tucked constntly which is lst also is it not? every pic just dsnt do justice on it at all but now im leaving as is b4 it takes up the full grow space on its own lol

No leaf tucking is not LST also you have to TIE the plant over not just bend it every couple of days, That plant looks like it has had 0 training. Also that plant may just barely be getting into flowering but it is not into full flower yet. I barely see pistols man, I don't know maybe @Waira can help, maybe I am just not high enough this morning or something but that plant looks like it is still in Veg or in preflower and has had 0 training applied.

And that is totally ok lots of folks let them go au natural so to speak, I was just saying if you were thinking about trimming it that there are better ways to achieve what you want based on where the plant is in it's life cycle
