HELP!! found a white fly ... and web ???? new grower

hi guys , noticed a small white fly which i managed to get out and kill , im now worried that there maybe more in my grow tent ?? also i noticed a small bit of web on one plant .. stressing !! please give advice very stressed

best you get looking for bugs under leaves and you mite have spider mites as well,need picuters brv if you need anymore help,
