so my seed finally snuck it's way up but it's kind of leaning in the soil!? Doesn't it suppose to spout upright??? ....It only been a few hours since it made its way through the soil

It will stand up on its own. Should be standing tall by tomorrow.

Yeah keep a nice distance between the plant and light though and try get a dome over it for the first week. Keep humidity real high at this stage
