New Grower Help I think I have nute deficiencys

Hey every one
My bros plant has yellow veins,brown spots,and some of the new growth is starting to yellow.i assume this means it has a micro nute deficiency but I don't know witch one so I was wondering if you guys had any ideas on what it could be? this isn't my setup so I'm not sure of all the grow room specs.so I'm hoping you can just tell from the pics but if not i can get the specs.ty ahead of time.

Make sure the PH is correct.Looks like severe nitrogen def and starting of calmag def.Get the PH in line and give it a high nit veg nute with phos and potassium and some calmag.

Thanks bro !so the runoff last time I think was 5.8?and he's using the fox farm trio.and there low in calmag but hot on everything else should he go this route or would it be better to let him use my Gh flora micro and bloom and the Lucas formula because it has more cal mag?and he doesn't need to water for a few days so should we foliar feed?thanks again nam it a lot of help!

What is the pH of the feeds? If the run off is 5.8 and the feeds were higher, say 6.5, then the actual soil pH, assuming this is a soil grow, is a lot lower. If so, then it's likely a nutrient lock out situation caused by low pH.

Thanks alot muddy and The ph of the recent feeds were about 5.8. and The medium he is growing in if some ffof and perilite and mostly pro mix bx.the fox farm is from when the plant was in a smaller pot I'd say about 1.5gal and then it was transplanted into a 3 gal pot of pro mix bx and then tiered transplant into about 2 mor gals of promix. So it's mostly soilless and for soiless the ph is supposed to be 5.8 rite?i helped him with feeding last night and we gave it a kinda heavy feeding with the Lucas formula and a lil extra n.so I hope this helps the pretty ladie out.and I just hope there's no nute lock out.Ill keep checking in with him and try to keep you guys posted and let's cross are fingers it just a deficiency.

Pro Mix is consider semi soil less. Because of the peat moss it's not considered a true soil less mix like coco. The best pH for Pro Mix is 6.3 - 6.5, so if you're at 5.8, you're too low and are in a lock out situation. Look at the attached chart and you can see that most of your primary nutrients are unavailable at that pH. I'm a bit surprised as Pro Mix is usually right around pH 7 right out of the bag. I can only assume it's the OF that has brought it so low. I would suggest you up the pH of your feeds to around 7. How old is your plant?

So after he fed her a few days ago he said the green color is coming back so I don't think it's lockout.but that's wierd I figured it was soiless.becuase he recently transplanted to promix he started doing 5.8 so more than 3/4 of the feeding have been at 6.5 ish.i think he has only fed it a few times with 5.8.and I will tell him to up the ph to 7 for a few feeds and then switch to 6.3-6.5.and I'm not 100% sure how old the plant is because it not mine but I think it's about 7-8 weeks.and thanks again muddy for all the really helpfull and informational replies.

Sounds like a plan. Have him keep checking the run off after each feed and adjust the next feed accordingly.
