Tap water can change contents eventhough ph seems to be similiar
you can have a higher concentration of bicarbs in water eventhough ph seems similiar causing some lockout issues because it will cause a drift upward due to the additional bicarb concentration
the only issue i have w/ botanicare is it offers no urea to raise caution levels(which lowers ph during exchange) w/o any for exchange so you can see more of a swing up in ph like you are
higher cautions lower ph and higher anions(bicarbs) raise ph during exchange if one side is out of balance than there will be a ph drift one way or the other
have you used any cal mag suppliments?
from the pic it looks alittle late to be using a veg ratio it will increase stretch

Do you boil your water then let it sit for 24hrs? Definitely flush, I usually flush with a 3:1 ratio ie water amount three times that of the pot volume. A homemade cal mag fix for me is plant food specifically for roses as it is high in magnesium and some boiled, dried then powdered egg shells to mix in your water, I also used the cooled down water I boiled the egg shells in.
