Grow Mediums Help me mix my DWC nutes please!!

Hello AFN family. Casper here. I am about to start my second grow soon and trying to get my nute measurements in place before I start. My 1st grow was an epic failure. :dunno: I plan to grow one plant. A Delicious Northern Lights Blue, in a DWC, 10 gallon res filled up to 5-6 gallons just beneath the net pots, that will be under an Apollo 6 Cidly 200 watt LED. I will be using Advanced Nutes Jungle Juice micro, grow, bloom. I also have Voodoo, Bud Candy, and Big Bud. What I desperately need help with is an exact feeding schedule for each nute listed in ML/per gallon of water at 1/4 strength please listed by weeks to give. Thanks and I hope somebody can explain this to me.

Yes sir. I have both from my first grow. I just need to get some GH calibration fluid of internet before i start grow #2

you have water on hand all times,i use this one and my water is Ec 0.0,

you could put it of the cold water tap pipe fittings,should come with one :thumbs: and then run it, in to a 100l tank so you can have water on hand form the tank like i do,should come with pipe fitting 10min job done

Yeah I dont have room for all that in a stealth growbox bro. LOL. I think ill stick to the jugs of distilled water. Thanks for that though. Plus I looked they dont ship to US.

I find the idea of those predetermined feeding schedules to be ridiculous. Each seed is completely unique, and will have different needs. Study up on the symptoms of various nutrient deficiency and toxicity symptoms, and learn to read your plants. This is the ONLY way to correctly take care of a plant in hydroponics.

If your first grow was an epic failure, and you didn't learn to correct your mistakes perhaps soil may be more forgiving for you?

Sorry if I sound harsh, just trying to be real. Hydro is very temperamental, and if you are clueless about feeding it may not be for you just yet.

Seems to me you want to mix your nutes to the strength you want, say 1/4 if your just starting to feed. keep it that way for a couple weeks then go to half strength. After reading many posts here it seems to me "underfeeding" is much safer than over feeding. The plants will only take what they want anyway, it doesn't matter how much you put in a res/mix. If your using a res, you'll want to change the solution once a week anyway, thats when you mix a new batch of nutes. If you need to top up during the week, just ad water. Read some more here. I'm a total noob too, but that's my game plan for my grow, based on what I've learned from this great forum!
