Not sure what's going on these are some pics of the problem

new growth looks good, did you maybe spill a feed solution on them....

How old is that plant?. Looks around 15 days or so to me, Have you been giving it nutrients?. Kinda early for that and if you have been how strong was the solution? I usually dont start feeding my plants around day 20 after soil break and start with half dose. With nutrient in the soil adding more will make it too strong and burn the tips of the older leafs. Flush the plant with plain water to try to clean out most of the nutrients added. If you havent then I cant help you as I only have ever seen that in my garden when I overfeed new strains I try.
