Ok so I went to check on my plant and found it a bit sick, The leaves are drooping and have spots on them also the pant is very flexible and will stay in the direction bent. first grow so not sure if thats normal. Any help would be appreciated

Cfl lights 2 6500 and one 2700k yes that was my first feeding of light nuets , water every 4 days about 20oz
