New Grower HELP, Rusty spots and pale yellow new growth.

I don't mind how long it takes, I have my foot in the door here now so next time around there be 4 plants in this space with manageable pot sizes and adjusted soil.
There be no more leaf clipping in till I am way into flower. only tucking or moving them out the way now. I just had no room to move the branches out without causing damage to other leaves. And as there was no sign of preflowers I thought it was the best time to do it. 3 of the 6 where burnt up yellow/green anyway and they would of not be there by harvest. The only other option I had was to have the leaves touching the damp soil... done now, and if anything the other fan leaves are getting just as big.
The Ph only has to rise what? 0.8 to be within the correct ph range again. I will keep the feed the same then for 2 weeks and measure the runoff each time and whats going on hopefully it be heading in the right direction.

Thanks nomis, I may waffle on but feel its best to give as much information as I can, even if it does not help lol and a picture is always handy.
Its the first issues I have really ever had regarding soil, but then I have always use proper designed canna soil in the past rather then go to a garden center. Another reason I only grew one plant, as a tester if you like. I hope to sort the issues with the soil now before I start my next grow.

Things where looking good, in fact the plant improved a great deal but now the signs are starting to come back, the plant has a dull green yellow tone over the whole plant. and signs of the yellow/rust spots starting up again.
The ph of the runoff has risen over 2 waterings about 10 or so days. from 5.2 to 5.5, I have not Ph adjusted any of the water going in, that has been around 7.2-7.4 This has been tested as soon as water starts to leak and on the last liter poring some into a glass but when measuring the whole lot that's been collected it read 5.8
What should I be ph`ing the feed water too? if any
Is this a lack of food? or still wrong ph? The preflowers are well and truly popping over the whole plant now and the next feed I will start to include the bloom. Up to now it has just been 5ml of grow, 2.5 cal/mag, 15ml seaweed and 1 lvl tbs of molasses to 5 liters of water and getting 2.5 liters of runoff. The next watering I plan to add 5 ml bloom to that.
This will teach me for going cheap on the soil.

It's most likely the low pH still causing problems. I would have expected the lime to be having a positive effect on it by now. Can you post up a new picture so I can see how it looks?
Pre flowers like this over most the plant now, Watering every 5 days.
The photo makes the plant look a bit greener then it is, it really is a pale light green/yellow there are little blotches on some of the leaves that are showing the same signs as before.
The only change has been the light. 150w to 300w and having a little temperature issues in such a small space its gone from low to mid 20s which was ideal with the door closed to now mid 30s with the door shut so have been keeping that open with the fan blowing the air out and window open.
The thermometer reads high 20s when at plant level not facing the light. Not great but in the process of getting a fan/filter and a tent in the next week or two. The light is currently set about 12 inches from the top.
A lot of sticks lol trying to keep each top pointing in the right direction.

I will start its next feed on the bloom as well as the grow. I went for the biobizz bloom and it says to feed the grow through out flowering. The plant magic bloom I have read causes the ph of the water drop really low even when used in small amounts. so decided against using it. I thought that's not good idea if soil ph is still low and may cause me more issues.
Was watered 2 days ago the leaves where pointing up but now dropping again.
What should the feed water ph be set too?

They don't look bad by any means. I think it's still the low pH causing lockout. Since it is rising it looks like the lime is taking effect. Keep your feed pH up around 7.5. In the mean time you might consider doing some foliar feeding. Since the nutrients are absorbed directly by the leaves it bypasses the root system. Mix up a mild veg nutrient solution, about 1/4 strength and add a little cal/mag, about 1 ml per liter. Mist both sides of the leaves once a day for about 3 days. That should green them up. Do this when the lights are off so the heat from you light doesn't cause any spotting on the leaves.
Well muddy, the foliar feeding worked well again. And the ph runoff is getting there.

This was Sunday just gone, 18 days after I top dressed the lime into the soil. its slowly climbing to the ideal runoff.
