help with breeding

hey guys new here and new to growing have a few quick question so have some auto strains coming and wanting to bread them to make my own seeds,

2 x Auto Flowering Northern Lights Feminized
2 x Auto Bubblelicious Cannabis Seeds
2 x StarRyder - Autoflowering seeds

I plan on making my own cs to re sex a plant and pollinate the other

obviously ill want to start the plant I'm changing a few weeks before the one I'm pollinating rite?
do I change a whole plant or just a branch or two?
if just a branch or two can I let it pollinate itself so I have the 2nd to do as I wish or use the branches to pollinate the other plant and keep the rest of the first plant un pollinated to finish flower?

i would always reverse a whole plant and cross to others.

you are right in thinking that you need to start the one you are going to turn about 2-3 weeks before the mothers.

you sound like you want to experiment and have fun so if i were you i would

reverse your favourite plant, and collect pollen

grow more plants and pollinate lower limbs with fem pollen - so getting a harvest and fem seeds too

i hope i gave you something to think about

no real experimenting yet prob just pollinate same strains as each other get a stack of seeds for each strain first.

so i start my reverse plants 2 - 3 weeks before the mothers, when do i start the reverse process on auto plants i read somewhere around the 2 -3 week period is this correct?

i wouldnt start it more then 2 weeks before the rest , you dont want it firing off and missing its target

start spraying at first signs of preflowering or if it is from a feminised seed start spraying as soon as the plant is showing health and vigor , if at 2 weeks of age it isnt a vigorus plant then it is not a good candidate for reversal and will end up a stunted runt , you will get reversal and pollin but not a lot

also , if you are wanting lots of pollin to hit a lot of plants with then reverse a natural female , not a fem , both will work but you will get more pollin from a natural female
