New Grower help with my PC grow please

Ok AFN i need your help. Im having a hard time keeping my temps up in my pc case i have 4 23w 2700k lights in there right now.. it is very cold where i live at like 10-32°f for the past 3-4 days now. My temps are at 64 highest and 52°lowest. I have a small heater i put next to it on the outside of the case and it help allot its now 84° but when i use the heater my humidity drops from 40% to 13-22%. So im not sure what to do i have a spong in there to help but doesnt seem to do much if you all could help that would be great

You could most your walls and put a pot of water in your grow space. That won't raise it much but the important thing is getting your temps in the right range. Below 60 and your plants can't take in nutes and will die. I have my humidity relatively low and it doesn't seem to be an issue for me

Ok and i do have a cup of water in there aswell. So temp over humidity is more important i take it?

Humidity shouldn't be a huge issue. I run mine around 30% and haven't seen any bad affects. I've seen a lot of people on here growing with low humidity and getting great results
