" I have never grown before ~ is there someone that would be willing to help me get started?

Like what type of questions do you have? Have you bought any seeds? Grow equipment?
The AFN members will definitely help you go from seed to bud, but we need to know exactly what it is you need assistance with

This is "G" I have know Idea how to respond to post or to use a forum. I do not use chat rooms or facebook or tweet or any thing like this. I did my first TEX last month so please be pataint with me. First I have a grow tent set up (2x4x5) w/450 w led 22,000 lum light. I have one small plant I started one month ago' the tent set up has only been going for 2 weeks. It is set up in my attic. no bug deal its is foamed and never gets over 90 deg. I live in SW fl. I need seeds that will produce to harvest in 8 weeks or so. I am having a small problem with browing at the tips of the leaves. I added 2 A/C lines to try to keep the temp below 80 but I have not been able to do so. Well I dumped enought for now

That up there ^^^^ is directly from G, AFN members. Let's help him out the best we can, and get him to growing some premium buds!!

G - 450w of lighting should have you well covered. 90° might be a bit high, and you might see signs of heat stress. Remember, heat rises, so it might be hard to keep the heat down in your attic. Browning leaf tips sounds like there might be some nute burn occurring, but pics would help us determine that. A very important tool will be a soil pH tester. The CWP A8 is highly recommended. Also, you will want a liquid pH tester to make sure your nutrient solution's pH is falling in the right range. What nutrient line are you using? There are plenty of autoflower strains that go from seed to bud in 8 weeks.
Autoflowering seeds.com is a great place to look around.

I won't comment on what autoflower seeds are best for 8 weeks as I am no autoflower guru. I am sure you will get plenty of recommendations that though.

The problems with your plant. So your temps are a little too high but not unreasonably high if you can keep it in the 80's you should still be fine. You said you were two weeks in so I am assuming here that we are dealing with seedlings or small plants. The burning tips could be a sign of "nutrient burn" or in layman's terms, too much nutrients for the plant to handle. That may not necessarily mean you are overfeeding them. If your humidity levels in your grow room are low, like below 70% then it will cause your seedling to drink more from the soil and cause nutrient burn. The RH really needs to be high right now because most of the moisture the plant is getting is through the leaf until the root system properly develops. If you don't have a humidifier then a couple of bowls of water or a wet towel will increase RH some.

Best of luck G.
