I like to use a warming/seedling mat when they are cold/winter or seedlings.that can be very helpful. looks like a nice plant,size of pot? you can spike it,but usually only if nothing else is helping and its taking a turn. but larger pots like ole Shite mentioned,a towel ,increased airflow directed at the bottom of the pot with a warming mat usually work well.for me anyways, but i set mine at 72F or 22.2C which is decent for a soil.
 
what you have just said sums up whats wrong now, i have been giving it cold water, with low temps but now i can learn from my mistakes. However i would just like to thank you for taking your time out to reply to me with your advice.
 
yes eyes i was thinking of buy a small tube heater is that commonly used for heat in your grow room? and its in a 20 litre pot but again thanks for sharing your knowlage, its much apprectiated and it will help me on the long run
