What is this? Light burn?, nute burn? Etc

Need to know ASAP!!

I'm using a 200w cfl and I made a tin foil reflector but I took that down because I read somewhere that it can cause heat and light burns

ya im pretty sure its light burn.. I burnt the shit out of my first few grows using tin foil. best just to paint all the walls white and buy a proper hood.. I noticed when the tin foil got crinkled it made the burns on the leaves worse
