Emz, no problem with naming another site. We don't get jealous caz we can hold our own with any forum. The difference being, we are not here to flog you a product or seeds etc. We are not affiliated with anyone other than the top banner adverts, and that is pretty cool. No hard sell there. We do have seed sections but they are not pushing their products down your throat.
That is the AFN difference and it is what makes us independent. We do care about each other and canna meds and such like.

I see you have many excellent suggestions so far. The only thing I can see to warn you about is becoming addicted to gardening! Go ahead laugh! But it's true! I started out with one little tent and I now have a room with two tents, cloning apparatus, mother cabinet, and a lot of fun!

lol im looking at the secret garden propagator tent. the 10x10. omg. Imagine a SOG in that thing. All say, Durban poison. I think a member Ronin had some pics of that strain in flower. Imagine the smell!
GOT YOU on the over feeding. I hear that a lot. Im going to go easy peasy and if they go yellow ill add canna aqua? Or CalMag I hear a lot too for autos. I got magical.. Its cheap.

I got seeds. I own a pak of dark devil seeds. My first choice. So I guess a pic is in order.

Oh and lighting.....Well.. 150w hps all in one unit... I know its not 1000w but maybe an oz from it? Or is tat crazy thinking? I have a fan to exhaust and a scrubber no worries.

Jumpin in head first, I like this guy! Recipe for success sounds good to me, because I have it as well, waiting for my next plunge. It seems like a solid system, and I like the name sugar daddy I'm a sucker for advertising. I would get the Blu Lab Growers combo, its on amazon for like 140. It will be the last pens, you will need. I have the Hannah all in one ec,pH,ppm combo. Its suppose to be the Cadillac of pens, but I've almost bought the blu labs on a few trips to amazon.....its something about them..

In a short note, get what you feel is the best they all work as long as you don't skimp on the dollar signs

If everything is dialed in, timer/ppm/ec/pH/humidity/airflow/temp you name it. You should be able to get more than a oz no prob on 150w. Seen my buddy get that and some off a low watt, cfl cabinet grow. However if you have the room, 600s are the way to go in my opinion because they are the most efficient, lumens per watt.

welcome id use dutch pro nutes or sensis hydro a and b,

remeber the more u add the worse u can make it, most feed a and b are total feeds

most addatives are all money , and hydro shops are helpful.. but also are tryin to make money

strain wise there is alot u can coose form im in the same tent doing automazar a ''big plant'' they wil grow more or less to whatever size pot ya put them in, 10l+ big plants

2-5l smaller, if a plant gets bigs use a screen to make a scrog , google it its easy as pie,

what light using?? u gona go LED?? u shud man less heat les problems beter light less cost

Im going dwc, and for lighting I have a 150w hps but im going to get either a 400 or 600w mh and hps payday. Ive heard nothing but I need to give it light light light and then some more light. So I need to do it right. I figure itll pay for itself. The scrog looks so cool, I get the concept. I think ill wait till im a bit more advanced to do that kind of training! Thanks for the info!
