Welcome back @natertots I am sorry to hear you have had tough times. I understand stressful situations, as they escalate quickly, can lead to panic attacks. I had them once also some years back with my all the circumstances in my life going all haywire and I understand it can be really tough on you, and I've been in some very tough situations before.

I think what would be most important to do to get back on your feet with that is to build and maintain a stable enviroment, concentrating on wife and kids seems like an excellent thing to do. Problem solving around your home and getting things done also gives you stability and for us men, it actually promotes testosterone that will be really good for stable psyche too, when it comes to panic attacks. I've found that regular physical exercise helps too! And if you want to supplement and have money for it, cashew nuts are actually loaded with things that also helps recovering from panic attacks and anxiety.

I too had a while of anxiety and panic attacks. They are terrifying. You think you are dying. I gave the pills up after three weeks, knew they were no good for me. Be healthy in body and mind my friend.................eP.

First attack called an ambulance cause I thought I was having a heart attack lol.

And I always can top off my brownies with some cashews :D
 
Me too............called 999 or 911 in US speak.................lol............felt better knowing what it was.............
