High all!
I'm new here. Growing for some time brokenly. Indoors, outdoors depending on situation in life. Planning nice outdoor guerrilla activity with autoflowers this year. Big Devil XL for sure, maybe some Dark Devil because i like purple strains, and then some auto sativa for pure energetic uplifting high. Thinking about Super Cali Haze, what do you guys think?

Hey really great to meet you!! Love outdoor growing...I've grown out a few out auto strains outdoor...if you give me a better idea of what your high/low average temps, average rainfall and average humidity throughout flower I can help you pick some decent strains. Brooklyn Sunrise from Dutch Passion treated me very well last season for a very fun uphigh. She took high humidity well. Daiquiri Lime from DP is awesome but she didn't like our 70%+RH. Always wanted to try super cali haze....iirc it has some Hawaiian genetics in it.
Love sweet seeds from what I have tried so far. I did a dark devil and she didn't take well to cold weather, the smoke was great. Trying a bunch of sweets strains this season.
I wrote a guide on maximizing autos under the sun, so maybe there is some info in there that will be some use to you. https://www.autoflower.org/threads/...owing-under-the-sun.56402/page-5#post-1288176

Good luck on all of your grows! Please tag me if you decide start a journal(a tag is my username with a @ in front of it).

Stop by and shoot the breeze on live stoner thread sometime. https://www.autoflower.org/threads/current-live-stoners-gossip.55800/page-2980#post-1333706

Hey @Demonas and :welcome: to AFN the best place for all your auto needs. Every one is super friendly round here and will always try and help out. Live stoners is where the gang hangs out and most quick question can be answered there. If you need some one just stick an @ in front of there name to tag them.
When you decide what you gonna grow from that list and that list lts gets thumbs up from me...I say grow all of them, get journal going then we can all join in.
Have fun dude and again welcome to the best canna site out there :pass:

Thanks, its fantastic that people here are so friendly :d5: @912GreenSkell, i live in eastern Europe. I prefer to take plants outside in last week of may, when temps very rarely drops below 8. From then until the end of august it is 10-15 at night lows and 20-25 with some days of up to 30-35. Absolute june-august average is 17. As for humidity summer average is 65-70, so yes, quite humid. Rain could become a problem from august, until then its pretty normal, on average it is 2 days in week with at least some rain, but things like 3-4 days in a row happens, and sometimes no rain in two weeks. Last year i grew Auto Ultimates, cut them at mid august with a few very little spots of mold from some dead insects, despite that it was a total success :smoking:. As for this year, i am pretty much sure about Big Devil XL and Dark Devil. Still searching for that great auto sativa strain, but for now its Super Cali Haze. What do you think? Already read your thread about maximizing autos outside and found some interesting things to consider, very nicely written! :pass:

Hey...unless I am mistaken you might have some troubles with molding with the Super Cali Haze in 65-70% rh. I think when I did research on the strain this was why I didn't end up trying it out, as I came across too many negative comments about mold when they are grown outdoors.

Great to hear you had success with DP's Autoultimate. I grew out 2 last season and I had some mold problems with them, but in the end yields were amazing and smoke is great to boot.

Your temps sound pretty solid...though I only grew out a single plant last season I believe I have found my ideal outdoor uphigh sativa buzz in Dutch Passions Brooklyn Sunrise. Not a giant yield(I pulled 112grams dry), but she was very, very mold resistant and the smoke is amazing.

Thanks for the compliment on the guide...hope it helps you up your outdoor auto game!!

Oh yeah...though I hvent seen many Dark Devils/Big Devils grown outdoors, all you can do is try them out!! You can also inquire in sweet seeds category, and ask Sweet Seeds Jay if he knows of many outdoor grows on the devil's and if they are resilient to humidity.

In a recent interview on live stoners with fastbuds they were saying that any of their strains are well suited to outdoor growing in higher humidity. I haven't tried any FB strains yet, but there is lots of fans of FB here. Worth looking at for sure!!

Thanks, @912GreenSkell, i understand that its risky, but i guess there is no way to know for sure but trying where it goes. I know one local guy grown Big Devil XL outdoors without big problems...

So in the end i am adding some more strains and the final list is:

Mexican Airlines
Dark Devil
Big Devil XL
Super Cali Haze
Brooklyn Sunrise
:headbang:

There will be 5 spots with one plant of every strain in each, so 25 plants. That should help minimizing risks.
And it will be a grow journal for sure, so all you guys could see how its going! :bighug::pass:

Nice bud...please tag me once you start a thread...very interested to see how you do! We need more guys like you willing to try different strains outdoors!

Welcome to AFN! 25 auto's sounds like fun to me! Good luck with your grow! :vibe::vibes::vibe:
