Update: Day 47

What a differance a week makes. This grow has gone unbelievably smooth so far. Not even a little Ca/Mg def under the LED's. Can not do that with AN.

The WOS NLXBB has outgrown the AU cross in height by several inches. I have my LED just as high as I can get it and the tops are only 13 inches away and still stretching. May have to tie down the branches to keep them lower. This girl is not very dense, so I expect big buds down low.

The AU cross has pretty much stopped stretching and has formed into a thick dense canopy. I have been tucking fan leaves like crazy, and the number of bud sites is out of this world. If things continue like this, this harvest is going to be huge. Knock on wood so I don't jinx myself.

Blumats still working flawlessly. Having to add over a gallon of rain water per day right now. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Here they are:

looking stellar HM! This is a fine grow indeed, a great showing so far,...their booming stretch is impressive! I'm blown away that the NLxBB has passed her stepsister AU cross in height ! usually AU is such the beast,... A heads up: do watch very carefully for the least sign of poor bud:leaf ratio during this initial stage of bud setting... my girls got too big for their pots, veg'ing longer than expected, and depleted their KS rapidly at the end, P especially bad... (EoF has also found with larger strains, the P sourcing wasn't up to snuff)... I had to start heavy emergency feeding with bloom nutes to try and turn most of them around! Trouble is, with P defc. by the time actual leaf symptoms show, they've already been suffering consequences of this,... but my situation was admittedly different, so I'm just putting a general heads-up out there for you, if you see any suspect overall yellowing and less than stellar bud formation... I'd have some organic nutes on hand just in case,...That said, I'd say this is spot-on stuff! I'll get that KS badge for you right now,... ---and some heat for yer cheeks!
Pardon my scarcity mate, I've been under the gun with my outdoor girls, crap weather and the fekkin' mold that always follows... I'm sooo sick of trimming! ..only the Acapulco Golds still left, and it's a nail biter to get to finish decently this late in the year... My bad for trying to pull off such Sati'-dom plants from such a late start .. but I could not resist!

@Waira thanks for the heads up on the P issue. I am hoping things will finish up on their own, about a month left. I've been concerned about whether the KS is goin to have enough zip to finish up a big sized girl to the end. I have to tell you, this is making out to be one of my best grows of all time. Don't get me wrong, I've grown out girls this big before several times, but nothing with the ease of this KS grow. The addition of the Blumat watering system just made this into a very hands free grow.

I LST'ed and topped the AU cross because i knew of her potential to outgrow my tent. The AU cross has stopped stretching at 29 inches and has formed a very nice even canopy. NLXBB has grown to 36 inches, and I am not sure she is completly done yet. She was only 9 inches away from her LED, so I pulled over all the tallest tops and pulled them over and tied them down to the rim of the pot with three pipe cleaners tied end to end. Had to do this one time with a pure AU, got some odd shaped buds but it kept her out of the light. I really need to get a taller tent, 5 ft is not tall enough anymore. @Waira my ks grow is starting to show what i think is ca def, but sometimes p look alot the same. i am also getting red petioles on the big fan leaves. this all just starting last couple days, so assume if the ks is about spent, i need to supplement. i have both an big bud and an overdrive also gh calimagic, if i use these, will i mess up my organic microbes? what would be an organic supp that would maybe fill the bill. if i am getting p/k def, i need to correct with something readily available, i am at crucial bud setting stage right now. maybe a small dose of chem nutes then an organic sup to pick up things in the future? any sugestions from anyone, thanks.

i have some crushed oyster shells out in the chicken coop, can i put like 2-3 tbs oyster shells into res and get any ca goody out of it, or is just going to throw my pH way the hell off? also thinking to add some molasses at about 1 tbs per gallon to get some mg going in. comments please, i need assistance, first organic grow.

Great job so far hm, i dont really feel qualified to help with your question but i dont see any problem using the molasses. I would imagine that oyster shells will mess with ph a little- maybe someone like @Eyes on Fire or @Grim Reefer could help
