Harvest & Curing home drying.

Hi there.

My first polytunnel plants will be ready in 3 or 4 weeks. Whats the best way to dry it ? I have no shed outside and i have just a big garden. I cant think where or how would be the most practicle place or method? help Sparrowhawk
