Good news on the grow my biggest ICU showed Fem today!. Now I have two male and two fem ICUs. I think I will pollinate both to build up some seed stock. I Saw that big grasshopper out in my garden again yesterday. Seemed he was moving in on my new sprouts. It jumped in a bush next to the garden which I hit with a shovel. Never saw him come out or heard him again. Hopefully the end of his days ha...

I had a test pot of them going...I lost the auto on a subsequent cross..I wanted to know which of the parents was pulling a rogue.

Yea Mossy I want a male and fem PC to make beans as they're my last two. Only had 3 original Jems pop and the Hopper got two. Lone Jem looks male and Ill pollinate a PC with him if need be. There are about 4-5 JJem sprouts goin though. Not sure if they are all JJ for sure I thought I only got 2-3 last year.. Gotta re read my old thread..

Hopper Has Been Caught!!

Well I finally caught the hopper plague that's been terrorizing my grow. Lost 3 more Jems the other day unfortunatly... He also got the top off one of my damn ICU fems. After that I was on the prowl searching for his ass. Yesterday saw him posted on a bush eyeballing my garden. Went and got my net I use to catch minnows and got his ass. He will end up being used as live bait ha. I have a bunch of MI5s Early Pearls that are popping up now. Paks are starting to show as well, temps have been perfect 70s-80s.

Whats Up Fellas???

Welp I haven't been able to get on here last few weeks. Been super busy with work and a bunch of other stuff going. Family was out of town for 2 weeks and had to take care of their houses/gardens.... Pretty much meant I was on a watering rotation taking care of mine, theirs then repeat ha.... My grow was going right along till the last few days. Another one of those Hog Hoppers showed up. Destroyed 7 solid MI5 sprouts in 2 days. Yesterday I had a chance with my shovel to smash him. Saw a few sprouts were gone, look down the fuckers right there. Go to smash it with my shovel but he was a little too quick.Right after that I went and got some Seven dust. Dusted the plants go do some shit come back 45 mins later 2 more MI5s gone... He ate the poison and no new damage today. Hopefully end of my troubles... Almost all my shits been eaten by a damn Hopper... I'm starting more beans today. The ICUs are pollinated and beans are forming. My other two PC one is a small fem that has been pollinated to. The other hasn't even shown sex yet is about 15 in. tall. Non auto PC that I hope turns fem.... My other potOpak are looking good. Early pearl sprouts will be planted in the ground soon too. I think starting in the bigger pots is better than the cups for outdoors. Temps have been hot 100 f. most days till this last week its cooled down. I don't think the sprouts do well in that much heat, even in the shade.

For sure JM yeah I ussually have a late season here anyways. Rains might come but frost is pretty late on average. I just started soaking some Sour60, BlueStreak, GrapeHashPlant x Critical Mass, and a bunch of non labelled auto beans. Should be Jem, PC , or ICU#2. They were small plants that produce a few beans. Put them all in the same new super cross haha... No new signs of the hoppers, I think it was his last supper. Cross your fingers mates...

Whats Up Fellas???

Same old story on my end, been so damn busy at work its not even funny. Barely have time to even mess around with my garden. First week of July is always like this though. Only good thing is Ive been putting in a lot of OT so that's nice to see in the bank ha.. Grow has been going pretty good after I killed that last hopper. Only thing is I find a few baby ones in there every once in awhile. They don't do near the damage of and adult hopper. The Non Auto PC turned female and is still shooting up. Looks like its just in the begging of bud stage. I just harvested the seeded ICUs, should get 30-40 solid beans of them. One was a white pheno the other turned a little purple. Unfortunately I cant sample the ICU because I put poison on them to deter the hoppers. Damn thing ate every one of my MI5s I had going. One survived that was the last time he ate poison too. Found him spittin out foam in my garden and stomped him out....Early Pearls are shooting right up, no signs of sex yet. I have some good looking Grape Hash sprouts as well as an auto mix pot. These were all mixed auto beans I didn't label. One started with 3 leaves and next set is also three. I forgot what the term is Triploid I believe... Just got out of a mini heat wave over here as well. Temps hit 108 on the hottest day. Forecast is for mid 80s to 90 next week. Ill get my Grape sprouts and auto mix planted in the ground this week...

The Grow Saga Continues...

Whats really going on out there guys?? Plants are finally starting to look better right now. Weather hasn't been too hot , in the 90s mostly. Plants are loving the cooler weather. The PC has started to bud now. I think maybe 2 weeks in or so. Im about to start some auto beans to pollinate it with. Only had 2 PC sprout and bot turned Fem. The Early Ps are starting to show sex now too. I think I have 3 confirmed Fems so far no males or even look to be males. All the EP are very uniform plants. Grape Hash Plants are looking good as well starting to stretch out a little. I think I started them just at the right time and will still veg a bit before flowering. The POToPAK I had going didn't really do much but they have a couple small buds to smoke.. Best news I have is no more damn Hoppers. That Poison killed every last one of the bastards haha
