Grow Mediums How can I increase water pressure, for top feed system.

I am using a top feed system, using PVC, and 370 GPH pumps. Raised them 4 inches more than usual, and pressure seems low. Are there any tricks to improve flow, like making the water rise even higher, then go down to feed tubes, to create a siphon effect?
