Indoor how close should my baby be to LED lights? Home made seed exeperiment

Heat is heat, there is no different type of heat. If you didn`t feel heat, but your plants suffered, it wasn`t because of light, but nutrients/environment. Only high quality powerful LED light can actually burn plants. 95% of the time people use Chinese, which are simply not powerful enough to burn them.

Correct, heat is heat, but like I said, for me, (heat sensitivity on my hand is poor), I am a chef and have high heat tolerance so cannot judge this way.
As for 95% of growers using Chinese, well yes a large propotion are manufactured over there, including some very powerfull and well known brands which in my experiance will do some pretty nasty damage to your young ladies if they are too close.
Obviously nutrient/ environment is a critical part of any grow.
