I have a nice "problem". Lots of bud from my harvest.
I'm a month into a Mason jar cure and they are holding in the 60-64% humidity range.
I've used about 3 to 4 ounces for making infused cocoa butter and infused coconut oil but still have over 7 ounces left.

How long will they keep and what is the very best long term storage method for cannabis flowers?

I keep a lot of my own grown for a year or longer ... I use one 60 gram Boveda 62 pack per loosely filled half gallon jar ... recently I've begun pulling a slight vacuum on any jars I plan on keeping closed for 3 months or more ... I don't know if this helps but in theory it should ... my house stays a constant 79* year round, maybe a few degrees cooler in the winter ... I store the jars in a dark out of the way place ... recently ground up a few ozs of bud that was all over 12 months since harvest ... it was just about perfect for taste and high ... I still open the jars every 3-4 months briefly for fresh air exchange .... Good luck w/ your grows ...

As long as you keep the boveda 62% humidity paks fresh and insert new paks into the jar once the old paks become brittle, then you should be able to store your buds for years without any effect on quality/freshness/stone. I have some buds that I've stored for almost 3 years in a cvault and 2 boveda 62% humidity paks inserted into the top of the cvault. I've refreshed the boveda paks every now and then and the weed is just as good as it was 3 years ago.

Good luck with your grows and long term storage!
