That's a pretty open ended question. What is your experience level with growing cannabis? Have you ever grown autos before? How about photo strains? Strain and genetics are important, but there are so many variables to factor in, like the size of the pot, the environmental conditions of the grow, your level of experience, the nutrients and feeding schedules you use, etc etc.
If this is your first grow; then my best advice is to put away the dreams of growing a pounder on your first run, and instead learning to grow some awesome cannabis. I know the thought of loading a tent up with plants is exciting (trust me, I load my tents up,) but it's better for you to learn the basics, learn to identify nutrients problems, get an idea how the strains you want to grow will react to YOUR touch, and get a little experience under your belt.
The good news is that you're in the right place! We can help you from start to finish with your grow when you start getting going!
The one thing that will help us help you is details though. The more details you can give us, the better. What's the full size of your tent? Cubic feet? What's the square footage you'll be dealing with?
If you're running a 600 watt HID, then general rule of thumb is about 50 watts per square foot in veg (and slightly higher in flower if you can.) 1.2 meters is about 4 feet (for us imperials,) so let's just say we assume 1.2 meters x 1.2 meters, or about 16 square feet. That's 600 divided by 16, which equals 37.5 watts per square foot. So if you are looking to pack that entire area with plants, keep in mind the math involved. These aren't 100% set-in-stone guidelines, but they are pretty tried and true.
What do you plan on doing for smell? Temperature? Ventilation? Etc etc.
Let us know bro; we'll get you fixed up when we get some more details! Have a great day and we'll talk to you soon!
