Nutrients How much cal-mag should I be using?

Guys and gals,

I posted here there other day. I got a great response but had some unanswered questions that haven't yet been answered. I am just starting a new run and really need to know how much cal mag to use. I am yet to purchase any and open to brand suggestions.

I'm fairly new at growing and have changed my setup up dramatically.

I am running Reverev osmosis for the first time and have got my self a soil and water pH probe.

I have never used cal mag so have no idea how much and also this is my first RO run.

I am using sensi advanced nutrient line as reccomend by Tangs easy feeding schedule

I use 1ml per litre from week 3 or 4. I use plant magic magne cal plus.

A tablespoon for every 5 gallons of coco/super-soil mix.

I use Botanicare Cal Mag Plus. Been using it for many years. If you are using an led light, then don't be surprised if you end up using double amount during the grow.

Mostly depends on environment. There is no answer by the numbers.

I use RO water and bring the EC up to 0.4 with Canna Clamag agent (which also had a bit of N in it). But I'm running hydro, so it's possible that if your soil has some calcum/magnesium in already then you might get away with 0.2 to begin with and then adjust as neccessary, probably up, throughout the grow.
