Just think about but like this put as much of your mix as you would if planting in a regular pot. Then if it were me I would add a little bit more. So for example if you normally use a 3 gallon pot I would say dig a 5 gallon hole and fill with your mix

Here on the Sacramento river, I get by with every 2 days, but that might change durring flower... it really depends on the ground your putting it into, alot of sand here, so high drainage area, I'd assume if the soil had a high clay content, time between would extend. Only 1 in now is a photo, so my hole goes 4x4x3. Hopefully Startin a couple autos in a week or so, those holes will be 5 gallon sized.
Watch the girls, they're really good about letting you know when they need water.

What kind of soil do you have? - quite often when digging down after about 12 inches the soil structure can change dramatically, quite often becoming compacted and less draining. If you have a clay based soil this layer may occur earlier towards the surface << which will need some work. As per @derek420colorado I would over provision your holes - and the important bit (regardless off the size of hole) - is the 'transition layer'. Briefly described as the layer at the boundary of your pots compost and whatever your OWN soil is - try to mix mix (and mix again) sort of 50:50 with your light mix. I do it in a bucket or basin and then use that as the 'transitional' packing compost when transplanting.

Without a transition layer the plants roots might just stay within your lightmix rootball which could restrict final growth.

While I prefer the heavier Batmix Pro that's just me, cause it works in my current indoors. The lighter mixes may require more feeding so if you are in a wet climate consider slow release nutrient pellets if you are not likely to be having to do watering, often cause it's been raining << alas few cater for a PK boost at full flower so you might want to add at least some feeds at full flower.
