Grow Mediums How much water to flush out coco?

So if you use 3 x the pot size to flush, is that every time your water before harvest ? So if im growing in 10l pots, everyday im giving roughly 30l of water?

Careful with measuring run off of coco. Many coco growers say that it's not an accurate way to go. Soil yes, coco no.
