New Grower How soon ... stunted ?

This may just be the weed talking but I'm thinking my current grow is stunted ... or it could be I'm more anxious than usual because of the changes I made in my routine. The seeds were planted in the 3 gal pot they are going to grow in and sprouted 4 days ago ... is 4 days too soon to tell if they're stunted ? I have a new Big Ass LED (DS400) which is making things a lot brighter and a little hotter than my old Advanced LED lights. I usually use a 50%-50% Perlite/Seedling Soil mix. This time I added in 25% Coast of Maine Lobster compost ... Lastly ... I may have watered them w/ ?? since I grabbed the wrong bucket for their initial watering so I'm not sure what I used ... may have had Fertilizer in it but I doubt it ... at 4 days they are all under 5 cm tall showing just their first set of leaves ... am I wrong to expect more

Look fine mate once the second set of leaves are fully out should speed up a lot then.

OK ... 4 days later ... as the pic below shows there has been some growth but under the belief that the plants were still growing slow I boxed up the DS400 this morning and replaced it with the Advanced LED lights I've used for the past couple grows ... the plants loved the change ... leaves were at attention minutes after the switch ... I just think it was too much light ... temps have only dropped about 1 degree.F but the plants are much happier ... I'll try the Big Ass LED again at 3-4 weeks when they have enough leaves and hopefully enough roots to handle it.

Day 15 ... 2 Blue Mystics and 1 Northern Light

I switched to less intense LED lights about a week ago ... These plants are all 2-3 days behind based on several past grows of these seeds ... I'm running the current lights at 12-18 inches - 20/4 ... they are loving the soil and the current lights ... along w/ being too much light for seedlings the bigger light was inconvenient to use w/o a change in my electric box ... I fed a 1/2 strength BPN Farmers Pride Organic 3 days ago w/ no ill effects ... may not feed or water again for a few days so that the roots can breath and stretch out ... the nodes look close now but in about 10 days these plants will start their stretch and spread out some ...

Lights Advanced LED DS100 & Advanced LED Extreme Flower 120

Plants are doing well so I decided to try a technique of gathering the tops out of the way and hold them together like a girl's ponytail ... probably let them down just before lights out and gather them up again when the light comes back on ... I'm also wondering what caused the yellow spots on the leaf (lower right side of pic) in the first picture ... any ideas, ph 6.6/ temp 80 degrees ... ?

Blue Mystics showed their Lady Bits this weekend ... right on time at 3 weeks. Applied LST to tallest and 'ponytailed' the other 2 ... NL is not showing preflowers at this time ... it's now time to trot out the Big Ass LED again so if I can solve the electric issue it will give these plants a real kick in the ass ...
