As far as i know the mushroom is just one part of the mycelium network and once the mushroom cap is harvested the mycelium go back to work on their lifecycle or being dormant in the soil. Could be far from right though.

Maybe it is a good idea for tee mushroom compost tee? Let it suck in water for 2 days and than water the plant?

why dont you just brew some teas with some in it,or also make a bit of an addition to the soil(Medium) you planning on using. it works excellent in a tea. dont need to re invent the wheel here mang.
