I really think part of my heat issue is because my tent is so small. I'm looking into liquid cooled lights.

Not sure if this might help, could use regular ice or dry ice (bonus of added co2 to the tent)

Do you live in lowish humidity, if so, check out portable evaporative coolers. I've been using one for a long time for hot days.
