Extraction How to do Nepal Hash/Nepali temple ball? HELP!:(

Well this is my favourite hash but I've no idea how to do it, nor I could find a tutorial. If someone could tell me how to do it or give me a tutorial/video tutorial I would be so happy!

Did you take that pic? Yummmm. I get temple ball quality hash from heavy indica strain. I fresh freeze bud then process in the bubble bags for limited time and only use the 45u to 73u bags. I've had temple balls in amsty and if I was more computer savvy I could do a tut.

I didn't take the pic though I had a batch of hash which were exactly the same as the above, which is nepali hash..and I just got in love with it.. if you could do a tutorial I'd be so happy man! Would just be so lovely to do 20-30g of that hash with some of my harvest
