New Grower How to start a grow journal and where to start it????

Want to start one on the first of november and would like to start it in the right area. Looked for the place to start it and have not found it which doesn't mean its not there just means all the pretty picture probablly made me loose track every time I have looked.

2x4 foot area times two, 2 ladies up top and two ladies on bottom. 2 2 foot 4 bulb cfl. SCROGing it just like my current grow just with real autos this time. Waiting on my nirvana northern light now to get here.
