Lighting How/where to buy Mean Well drivers ?

Hi, am trying to get hold of either a HLG-185H-C1050A or ELG-200-C1050A in the UK. Mouser etc wont sell me one because of CE restrictions. Ebay is expensive & from japan only. Does anyone know a way to buy one ? Thanks
