How do you know your tent is off gassing?

The medicine man mentioned that it looked like my tents were off gassing. I removed my plants from one of my tents and they have been improving since then. My other plants that are still in a tent are getting pale and crispy

Sorry about your experience. I live in Denver and there is a warehouse in Commerce City that I visit. All of the guys there seem real nice and I have never had any issues with their stuff. I have been using HTGSupply since 2007, when I first began growing (in Georgia)

Fortunately I pretty much know what i'm after before I go in so I really never have questions, therefore I cannot comment on their knowledgeably. Perhaps they are getting a little too big for their britches now, with several stores in several states.

Purchased a Argomax 400w small grow tent kit (with window) Dec 2012 from HGT online, I'm having NO issues with off gassing, temps ranging from 75 to 82 degrees. Using 6" exhaust out top of tent into attic and passive ventilation flap at bottom with a 6" clip on fan inside for circulation, the sides of my tent are slightly sucked inward. Proper ventilation, light, nutes, and water are the keys to success! HGT sales, service, and shipping have been outstanding and I would highly recommend them!

HTG T5's are great.. Especially their 10,000 lumens 2 foot 2 bulb.. That aside, they are out to make money. I have been fortunate enough to have found fellow growers at the grow shops that I patron. Good things happen when you ask what time they are going on break. If you have spent that much money, I would hope by this time you would have formed a relationship with a single salesman. If not, refuse to do business with them. There is more to growing weed than just growing weed.

My problems with HTG have been resolved at this point but I will not ever be going to my local store again. After calling the 1866 number and talking to one of the sales associates he was able to offer me replacement tents along with about $400 worth of free grow equipment. He was very helpful and understanding of my situation and he would've done just about anything it seemed to make me happy. The original tents that I bought were kiled about 20 of my plants but now I'll have an extra space to grow more to make up for it. That particular salesman is the only reason I would consider buying something else at HTG

yeah i got my setup from htg also but iv never had any problems from them.
i to be honest am terrified of hydro stores and there is only 1 that is near me and ites pretty far away.also due to what state i live in the hydro store is a pure red flag that will get you watched at the very lest.

so anyway i didnt even use the site to order i called he number and even got a better deal and extra freebies than what the site had offered(got an 8 site cloner free for my photos)
i got more stuff than what was on the site for about 30 dollers less by callling the number..

tldr--- dont order from store order off site or better yet call the number while the website is up(or have what u want written down)and it will be better than going to the store or ordering off line
