Scores of the plants have sprouted all over the town this week to the fury of the local police and council.
A website shows dozens of photos of the cannabis plants blooming in public parks, allotments, gardens and window boxes all over town - with some even growing outside the local police station.

Police have been ripping out the illegal plants on sight but the sheer number of blossoming plants became noticeable in the past week.
A police spokesman said 70 plants had been removed so far - including the ones outside the police station - adding: 'Everything that looks like cannabis is torn out.'

Comments (0)Cannabis plants have been spotted in the Glastonbury In Bloom display outside The Backpackers in the town's Market Place.
Free Rob Cannabis of Glastonbury, a campaigner for the plant's medical use, who makes no secret of the fact that he wants cannabis decriminalised, was photographed by the display but said he did not plant it this time.
Mr Cannabis, who changed his name by deed poll from Robert Christopher, said: "The cannabis is in the council basket outside The Backpackers. I haven't entered Glastonbury In Bloom since 1998, when I won first prize for first-time entry. I had 13 cannabis plants in my prize-winning display."
The story made national and international news, and according to Mr Cannabis, was even reported in the New York Times and the Beijing Post.

Mr Cannabis said: "It is very beautiful to see hemp growing in flower baskets on the High Street. It is not causing any harm and it is such a beneficial plant for humanity.
Mr Cannabis said he has stopped smoking cannabis and now only eats it. He no longer sells any smoking paraphernalia in his Glastonbury shop, Hemp in Avalon. Mr Cannabis, who says stopping smoking cannabis has been very beneficial for him, added: "I don't smoke it anymore. I just want it to grow everywhere, so we can all breathe clean air."
Mayor of Glastonbury and member of the Glastonbury In Bloom committee, Bill Knight, said: "The in bloom committee didn't plant them.
"Someone with a sense of humour must have planted the seeds and the committee have been busy watering them. I think it's quite amusing and regard it as a joke, which I see the funny side of.
"A couple of years ago cannabis plants were found growing in a horse trough in the Market Place, which was also seen as a prank."
Chairman of Glastonbury in Bloom and county councillor Alan Gloak said: "The well known herb Glastonbury vulgaris has been found.
He added: "We were judged last week by Britain In Bloom and Mendip In Bloom and I have just got back from the individual judging."
Martin Abrahams, senior judge for South West In Bloom, sent councillor Gloak an email saying they were very impressed with the floral displays, particularly the hanging baskets which provided an avenue of colour in the main street, and the support the nursery provides growing quality plants and designing good colour combinations. He went on to say the standard was very high and hopefully attracted positive comment and support from local people and visitors.
The results of the judging will be revealed on Thursday, September 15.

We should do this here, through out small towns and cities in non legal states.

I think that a lowryda could be the best strain for such protest. Due to its short lifespan it could maybe even reproduce in wilderness.

Something longer... more sativa could perhaps shock more, but the slower maturation makes it seem, in my point of view, more dificult to be smoked properly (fully developed).

Would be nice to have beautiful purple indicas growing all over...had I purple mazar I'd be sprouting it all over.

Thr city hall

Touristic info

Ahahah if you pick a joint doctors "mix" it could even end up amazingly nice! Genetic pool party!

Gotta breed 10000 seeds... before protest begin.
I wonder how many seeds you can get outta a dwarf auto. Does anyone have any idea?

Im in search already for seed production.

I crossed a Durrty Drafon with a dinafem Cheese. My test seeds so far have given me nice little autos that would be great for this lol. even 20 people with 20 seeds each could make an impact. Get some college student to pitch in, they all got money for seeds lol!

If you want that many seeds and small plants, get some regular autoflower seeds ( I'm becoming partial to Dragons...lol ) and let them breed. I',m willing to bet you could get a very consevative 100 seeds from each female. I got over 40 from a badly stunted ( by ph issues ) KVS . Somewhere around 200 from my Cheese x DD cross.

How the hell do u harvest a plant that size? He will need a set of ladders to get up there and that stuff at the very top he must have to bungee jump down to pick it lol. Must smell amazing in his garden! The fact the plant was probobly germinated by a bird shitting in some seaweed and that its in Scotland im amazed it survived at all. Maybe somebody was rolling a joint of some seeded bud on the beach and one of them droped into the pile of seaweed? I can't imagine anyone deliberately planting weed there unless im missing something?

Cannabis Chainsaw Massacre!!!! LOL! :Sharing One:
