Two things I discovered when I quit. One it was an oral thing for me. To help with that I bought a box of coffee stirrers and chewed on them. Did that constantly, always had some on me. Two is that the urge was very situational, think you're discovering that now with after diner and driving. I tried to avoid or modify the situation to help the urge. It's funny, even today when I take a break when I am in the middle of a car repair I'll step away and feel the urge for a butt. Crazy!
