I made the terrible mistake to feed my week old seedlings. Will it recover?

So I made the terrible mistake to feed my 1 week old seedling a couple days ago (won't ever feed them that soon) with kiss maxibloom (@7gr per gal).

Also I discovered that I was hanging my lights (2x 55w true watts cob) too close to them (iirc 12"). Now I raised them to 30".

So, how bad is my baby? Will it recover?

New growth isn't burned yet, just give plain water until it needs nutes. Looks fine though.

Edit- I'd take 1/4 cup of your 7g/gallon mix and top off to 1 cup with plain water and use that after a few days of plain water feeds

.... depending on how rich your soil is,..or if it is soil, or soilless like Promix (peat based), coco,.... what are you using?

It's peat moss and perlite (50/50)

....Ah, well then, you should feed weakly by the first week, peat is devoid of nutes,... but why are you using a bloom formula? This is not the right NPK ratio for veg' stage,... get proper grow nutes mate!

I'm following the lucas formula, specially the KISS (Maxibloom) only version.
