Hi everyone,
as the title says, I think I screwed up.
First of all here are some details on my grow so far.

Soil Grows - Peat Based

What is your experience level? (novice)

Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. // I started with CFL's after seedlings broke surface. now I'm doing 30W LED (wich is reccomended for 1-2 plants)
.2) Distance from tops? // 10-12cm (10-15 reccomended)
.3) Reflector type? // no reflector given
.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply? // 2x120mm vent pushing fresh air in and warm air off, placed in height of lightsource but slightly hitting tops of plants.
.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan? // yes!
.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule? // atm its 24/0 30W but to understand light change from gfl to led please read https://www.autoflower.org/f104/ss-big-bud-automatic-culturelux-30w-tower-pc-18724.html

Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil // startet in jiffys and put a mix of coco and non feeded soil onto it (80% coco/20% soil)
.8) Size of container. // small jiffy pots

Your nutrients and water:
.9) Source of water. (tap or filtered) What's it's ph? //
dont have a ph tester yet see information at the bottom

Your growroom: <--click

Your strain:
22) What strain are you growing? // Big Bud Sensiseeds auto fem.
23) Is this an photoperiod strain? // no its an auto
24) How old is the plant? // its on day 9
25) In what life-cycle is it? // Vegetative
26) From seeds or clones? // Seeds

at the moment I dont have a ph tester, as I though this woudnt be a big problem. ( my last grow went fine without testing ph of water a single time...)
So if you can only think of ph-related diagnostics I will go and fetch a ph tester this evening. Otherwise I will order it on amazon and this will take a while.

I'm watering every morning and evening 20 ml of light dosed water. ( the pots are light like feathers at the point of feeding them.
I feed:
Hesi super fit (1 drop per 4 liters of water)
Hesi TNT-complex 2.5ml per liter (half of reccomended for cutting)
Hesi Root-booster (also half of reccomended)

the 2 ladies left inside the growbox

I saw the brown root (seems like rotting to me)
and pulled it out of the jiffy very carefully. to check if roots are still white and healthy.

Now I put it onto my desk and gave her very dry soil onto the brown part to save it from more rotting. till I know a solution to rescue her and the other
ladies...

They look like there either over watered or over fed.Stop giving them nutes until they have at least four sets of true leaves, and let them dry out before watering again. You will need a ph tester if your using non organic nutes .Also your humidity is low,so try and raise that to around 50 or 60.%

They look too wet.... I think i read somewhere 15ml of water would be enough for the first water then 30ml on second. I hope u havent used nutes yet?

I got back from the market and my ph is close to 7 (its not digital, but liquid to drop into the water)
hesi soil mixture is organic, as far as I know...

and again, I dont believe I water too often, as I always wait for them to be very lightweight...

any other suggestions?

edit: thx namvet25, I will test, raising the humidity.
edit2: ph of "old soil" was close to 6, I now put them into 5.8 rated soil and will only spray water onto them for next 48 hours.

I'm thinking too much water maybe. Good luck. I don't start nutes until around week 2, but that is just me.

hey muddy,
great support!
as I think the "damping off" ladie will die anyways I tried to put some garlic near to the soil level. (I've read this on wikipedia and though its worth a try)

after adding some wet towl, my temperature falls to 22 Celsius....
it drives me crazy. last grow I always had to high temp and now its to low...
does anyone know a heating solution for a 15cm x 30cm spot?

Cheers

22c is perfectly fine m8, however to answer your question I use a reptile thermostat to control tube heaters in my bigger space.

I have grown in a space 30cm(w) x 50cm(h) and used the thermostat connected to a 3w reptile heat mat under the pot to keep her warm. Try here http://www.eurorep.co.uk/

Also I would maybe switch off your intake fans? move one so it is blowing air inside around rather than drawing air in. You dont really need intake fans anyway (in my opinion!)

I aint gotta intake fan, just one on the right side and another one taking air out on the left side.
for testing purpose I will turn that right one off tonight.
