I want to quit smoking cigarettes.

Cigarettes are physical and mental addiction.

Best advice I can give is to do it cold turkey and stay away from anyone for 4 days and try to sleep as much as possible.

That get you through the physical addiction then you have to just not smoke again.

Cravings pass within 15 minutes and remind yourself how bad it sucks to quit and that you don't want to go through it again. The easiest way is to deal with it that one time and if you can you never have to do it again.

Reducing the nicotine over time just draws out the misery over long period of time.

Good luck!
