trichomes on the leaves typically ripen a lot earlier than those on the buds and either way trichomes alone dont really tell you when to harvest. better take pics of the whole plant and a couple of its buds.

a fresh white/pink pistil shows a growing calyx. ripe plants will have dried pistils or no pistils on 70-95% of calyxes - I like to harvest more towards 95%.
in my opinion a little too ripe is much better than a little too early as harvest weight/potency increases faster before the perfect point than it decreases afterwards.

Hell yeah LittleT I think she looks ready and I would never doubt anything you say I have seen ALOT of your grows and you truly are a master gardener and I know you know what your talking about.

how do you grow so many trichomes on the big leaves... my plants only have them on the buds and very small leaves. is it the lighting, nutrients, or what?

It apperes you have not met littleT one of our most season'd grower........I think he was being sarcastic???????????when asking if she was ready...

I wasn't really asking!!!just sharing----these are dragons---never met a dragon I didn't like./I had to use leaves here because the buds are purple and everything is purple
