Where do you legally buy seeds from? I got a grow going constantly just didn't know if patients have access to certain strains. One in Illinois I want in particular is the Iranian landrace. Called mag landrace. Illinois dispensaries carry it. Was jw. Here's my tent currently and a cola I cut 3 days ago and a g14 bud that has 2 weeks to go.

Does anyone know what the new offenses are if caught with cannabis that's opened and not from a dispensary. Since january 1st in my local area I've read 4 people including today that were adults that got caught with it in vehicles or being searched. All have said these people were set for a court date. Theres more people I've seen publicly announced in my area getting in trouble for marijuana since it became legal than the last 6 months prior of it being legal.

That sucks @Boognelson87 i have no clue - thought one ounce was legal to carry no matter where it came from ..... Perhaps the dispensary is pressuring cops to stop illicit market?

It's all confusing. I'm hearing multiple answers and seems we dont know until were in trouble already. I thought under 30 grams was legal as well. However, I've read it has to be sealed and unopened. Only way that's happening is if you vacuum seal it yourself basically or have it in an unopened dispensary container. I've also heard cops can ask for the receipt of purchase? it also cant be within arms length distance from the driver and cant look like its capable of being smoked in the car. I just feel some of the public is going to get in trouble for lack of untold information.

Prerolled better be sealed right ..... Yes on the 30 grams which is good - suppose if in trunk all is Good but I own a pickup .... All the money, look at the taxes - with such huge tax it opens up illegal market, silly rabbits.

I got a pickup as well. Got a car but use pickup more. Anything is within arms reach. I'm a seasoned smoker. I dont expect too many seasoned smokers like us to have problems but theres alot of questions that need answers. I still can't figure out if I got my medical card if I can buy hunting permits to use my guns. Any idea on who you'd think to call about these questions without them getting too nosy?
