Has anyone seen/tried/or using these lights? I am in need of upgrading my LED's and saw these. they look very interesting and do not use/need fans, they're silent. I'll bet they can potentially pump out some heat though......

this is the NS. 300W

I have the NS brother. They are a beast of a led. Designed for commercial use and IP66 rated, so completely sealed. So far I am loving the coverage increase and lack of noise. The heat is not near as bad as I thought. The light bar design dissipates the heat quickly, especially with a few fans going. The NS will cover a 4 x 4 by itself and the DS will do a 5 x 5 easily. I would buy one when they run their 50% off sales, as I got mine for just under half off. Sign up for their newsletter and you will receive notification of the sales. I suspect they will run another during Christmas. Honestly this is the future of led development in my eyes :toke: However, they are big and very heavy and being that the drivers are offset mounted on top, you lose about 3-4 inches of height in your tent. But that being the only downside, it gets a thumbs up from me so far

Awesome, Thanks DubV! I agree with you in the sense that these are the future. I love the look of them as well as not having the noise from fans. They look like they'd kick butt. Thanks for the advice. I will sign up as I may want one of these.
