Hello family. I wanted to share my completed my lacto b serum today. I just finished straining and bottling it. It took five days or so to ferment....pretty damn easy It smells like that mac and cheese powder mix you get from the store. So I've been reading some awesome stuff on this serum and i hope it works! Wish me luck.
