how long do I wait to give nutes.....two days old now in just coco......I got fish fert fox farm trio root drench n microbe from bush doctor.....don't wanna burn them but don't wanna starve them either.I usually do soil/coco 70/30.

I feed straight from the off usually start at about a 1/4 strength of recommended dose then slowly up the dosage usually at the end of week 2 they are on half strength nutes but it all depends on the strain hope this help

You should be fine. You could get a Ec or PPM meter to help you determine where you are at. They are super cheap. I start at .80 and judge from there rising up to 1.3 Ec. But I do the dripping/recycling thing at 6 times per day. Some guys go up to 1.6 Ec I think that's more for hand feeding though.
Im on day three of my white widow and i just mixed up a five gal bucket of ro water and 10ml of cal mag plus and 1ml of rapid start by general hydroponics. Gave her about a cup. I now know what you mean by doom and gloom feeling...
