New Grower In need of expert opinion - deformation

Auto northern lights from royal seeds, week 6, soil grow (lightmix), plagron basic ferts (alga grow+power roots) - half the dosage, pH at 6.5, 250w HPS, 77F, 40-50% rH, decent venting.

It only shows on one out of three plants and on lower four or five leaves so I'm not all that worried but I am intrigued. Any ideas?
