Hello guys, in couple of days temperatures will go up to 38-39 celsius. I am worried about my plants. They are 17 days old now. What kind of precautions I can take? Should I move them to shade in hottest hours? Thank you all.

You got it mate move to shade, but holy crap dude do you live right on the equator thats frigg'Nn hot. that would be national emergency in canada! If in ground water in early early mornings only and allow water to evaporates during the day to cool plant, shade them hottest part of day. If in pots/fabric make sure they aren't dark in colour or barrier between sun and pot, you could also make evap trays, trays full of gravel and cool water and sit plants on them. Don't know if true but some people use seaweed/kelp, is suppose to help plant with heat resistance.
I live in Mediterrean country, we usually hit these temps around July, global warming ruining the planet for sure smh. I plan to move them to shade around 12am and move them back to sun around 4 pm since this time gap is the sun's strongest hours. Thanks for the reply.
