No don't worry I'm not loosing my marbles just yet. Keep saying it on the tv advertised, fitness program. Just wondering if anyone has done it or any similar ones? Was gonna download it lol times are hard. Just to cut abit of the belly and do my own weight training just to keep size coming. I'd be in good shape anywa without blowing my own trumpet it's just my diets bad. Healthy food is so boring lol.
