Whether is full of dankness or the common vegetables SWAMPS always scheming better future business.
My Dream profession would be to follow in my families footsteps with a very successful food related business.
Growing up GRAMS AND GRAMPS .were constantly in the fields picking this and that and more this that some of that ...
We had an array of shit to eat, including every protein on the market. Fresh raised chicken eggs to go with Fresh plowed, peeled potatoes, often sweet. Through gardening and butchering food was always abundant.
I since has grown into the fact we need to eat way better and chefs are chasing LOCAL as the new CRACK. So while learning great things about the idea I started looking into this

My dream would be complete if I could own a very large greenhouse to fuel my fresh restaurant.
Have butcher shop to process meat and for the local community. Quality raised meats...
Many times as a kid I had to help the uncles clean chickens cows and pigs for hours a day cause that was our life.
Then it was cooking at night after butchering and processing the restaraunt opens up.
Until I left that lifestyle I hated it.. Now that i see the importance of hoemgrown i would love to work on My dream and it doesn't seem that far outta grasp.
Any other great tips are welcome as this is a agricultural LICENSES THREAD FOR ORGANICS
