New Grower Is it Time to Harvest Chaze?

About 108 days in and still have white pistils. I didn't transplant but I'm wondering how much longer I should give it. The sweet leaves are not yellow, it stopped growing but doesn't look ripe at all.

I am thinking about waiting another 2 weeks or so (122 days).

Pics would be nice to see, but that strain takes some time. Without seeing, most logs I have seen and read, you are about 3 weeks out or maybe 4 with the final cleanse. Throw up a pic and we can narrow it down some.
