Lighting Is it too much light?

I'm currently running a 400w hps in a 3x3 tent. My buddy gave me a 300w led. Is it ok to run both lights in my tent. Currently have 4 plants that I just flipped 4 days ago. It seems as my 400w might not be enough. If I run both, will I have heat issues? This is also my first time growing. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yes you can run both because the led gives out very little heat.

Ya id run both too.in yur right bout 400 not being big enough.i wouldnt flower more then 1 plant with that.if u were vegging u cud put more under it..2×2 area is foot print of 400hps

as long as you dont get over 1500 PPFD it is ok in terms of light energy.
